    I have found a dream bird so my Beautiful Jabiru SK Group A aircraft always hangared and in tip top condition is for sale.

    Excellent condition well loved Group A aircraft with very low hours (450 TTAF, 230 HRS since engine replacement). Delightful easy aircraft to fly, permitted till April 2018, flies like a dream with a 1400 ft/min climb and 100 kts cruise burning 12-14 lts/hour of AVGAS.

    Don't be put off by 430Kg MTOW. Look at empty weight.

    MTOW is 430Kg with an empty weight of 258Kg means that you have 170Kg load. That equates to 2 x 75kg pilots and 30kg of fuel (50lts) and a solid three to four hours flying. These small planes are flown at 540Kg in australia!

    2200A 85HP engine with solid lifters and big heads/fins (last of the ultra reliable ones), Regularly flown, maintained and inspected by top LAA engineer/inspector. All cylinders > 70/80 on compression test.

    Leather seats and trims, fully equipped with latest electronics, modern EFIS / EMS, Funkwerk 8.33 radio and Trig 21 transponder. Large console makes ideal for long range flights.

    Many improvements on original design. Large 4" nose wheel for extra clearance, GT propeller, LAA approved panel throttle mod, X4 CHT monitored, LAA alternator mod (first and only one in the UK), CHT cooling mods to cowling and heads, improved brakes, ethanol resistant coating on fuel tank, 3300 oil pump and new tyres all round.

    The aeroplane is easy to maintain, needs nothing, just a pilot and passenger for great and economic flying. Piles of docs and paperwork of all work done throughout ownership including logs and bills.
