Increasing the size of air intakes

Opened out air intakes

Opening out the air intakes on top cowling to match the size of the cooling duct lead to a reduction of DHT's from 140 degrees in the cruise to 105 degrees. The deflector was fitted fitted. This will only apply if you have the bigger cooling ducts (later engines with bigger Heads).

The bigger opening allows more air into the duct, also with a slight 'eyebrow' stops the air spilling over the top (tested)
