According to Skycraft and a GT prop document on the web, the torque settings on a Jab 2200 should be 16NM for a GT prop.

I wanted to point out how belleville washers are fitted in the document ...

it shows various way they can be used and also shows them to be quite a lot larger than what we see on Jabiru's as well as the correct application which in all cases is between two standard (thick) large washers.

Steve is right ... 16NM (NM=Newton Meter) on Jabiru site.

My GT propeller Handbook Reference GT-0830-02 states 16-18NM.

1NM = 0.74 lb/ft

therefore gary has it torquest correctly at 12 lb/ft (11.8 actually) !
