Future of Jabiruownersgroup

Postby diablo » Tue Sep 27, 2016 10:42 am

The forum has been running for well over a year now the forum admin have tried to make it as interesting and informative as possible both technically and socilay. However, there seems to be little participation from members. As all running costs are currently met by admin with no contribution from members and due to what seems to be a lack of participation, we have asked ourselves whether we are providing a service that has little or no place in the jab community.

Please vote and give us a clue as to where we go next ! No vote is considered a NO vote ...

Thank you

What I intend to do is leave this vote running until the end of October 2016. After that time, votes/usage will be evaluated to see if it is worthwhile continuing with the forums. I need at least a 10% 'YES' vote from the entire userbase to consider keeping it on and even that is very low.

After October, we will discuss the viability of keeping these forums open.

I must admit I have been surprised by the lack of participation myself. I have been guilty of not participating myself of recent months. Nothing to do with the Forum but workload over recent times.
I do admire the commitment of all involved running the Forum and would urge you guys to plug on if you can. If it means me putting my hand in my pocket to help things carry on let me know.
Thanks guys!

I've just come across this post, a little late I know.

I am new to aircraft ownership, self maintenance & the Jabiru so for me this forum has been invaluable.
