JABIRU CALYPSO UL450 - trottle movement

Postby Rolf » Fri Jul 13, 2018 10:42 am

The engine speed increases slowly when I do not hold my hand on the gas handle between my legs. Perhaps it is the spring mounted on the carburettor connected to the trottle wire which is too tight. Is there a way to adjust the movement of the trottle handle? :)

yes, there is.

The throttle cam rod in cockpit uses two poly bushes (one on each end). You can tighten the two fixing nuts on bushes to increase friction/resistance.
